Benefits of Shrink Bags

High barrier to oxygen provides for a prolonged storage of the packaged products.

Low permeability to water vapor excludes moisture (weight) losses of the product during storage.

Demonstration of the product in all its attractiveness to the buyer due to the optical properties of the bag (transparency, gloss).

Sealability through folds and overlaps boosts productivity and reduces the repackaging rate.

Individual protective packaging of the AMIVAC S bag packs guarantees protection from adverse external factors throughout the guaranteed storage term, and provides for a high sanitary and hygienic level of the bags.

Absence of chlorine-containing substances. An increasing number of countries turn their attention to protection of the environment and utilization of packaging materials. Disposal of packaging free of chlorine containing substances is less harmful to the environment.

Thermoforming Films

A multilayer high barrier heat-shrink film for secondary packaging of meat and dairy products by the form shrink process (thermoforming + heat shrinkage).

This product is used as the top and bottom film on various types of molding equipment provided with heat shrinking modules.

Benefits of Thermoforming Films

The outer layer made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) provides for excellent optical properties (gloss and transparency) and heat resistance of the film.

The polyamide layer (РА) provides for excellent strength characteristics of the film.

Ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) procures for a high oxygen barrier and provides for:

  • Microbiological stability of the products during storage.
  • Retardation of the oxidation processes that cause rancidification of the fats contained in the food products.

The inner polyethylene (РЕ) layer allows sealing within a wide temperature range to obtain a tight seal and provides a barrier to water vapor (zero weight losses during storage).

Biaxial orientation of the film provides for even stretching in the course of molding and excellent strength properties (including the corners).

The low specific weight of the film (kg/m²) ensures a perfect ratio between the product weight and the packaging weight.
